I have lost over 16lbs in the seven months and while I can't say it's just been from berberine, because I've been making a lot of changes with my nutrition, fitness, and sleep, but I definitely feel like it's been a helpful tool in my toolbox.

- right dosage - check the dosage and concentration (500 to 1500 milligrams per day divided into 2-3 doses for optimal absorption and effectiveness)
- good reviews - check customer feedback for effectiveness
